# Staking

**Staking** is a way to reward **$WORLD** token holders by providing incentives for them to hold the token.

In World Challenge, we have reserved 11% of the tokens for the staking pool. We will have different pools:

* Only $WORLD tokens
* LP with another token to provide liquidity
* $WORLD tokens + NFTs

The rewards for these pools will vary over time to adapt to the current state of the game, maintaining a healthy economy.
